The AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS outperforms the M2 Pro on the GPU side. Thus, a home PC setup using the BeeLink GTR7 would outperform the M2 Mac Mini Pro using the Davinci code. To add insult to injury, a person can code & game on it too. Depends on the monitor's max FPS and display resolution.

Not to mention the Ryzen 7 7840HS is way cheaper so I'll choose AMD over the overpriced apple M2 any day.
