Gaming on a MacBook is virtually non-existent because Mac only supports roughly one hundred out of the millions of games ever released. Moreover, Intel is significantly superior for gaming, even if you manage to get games to run on Mac. As for battery backup, it's far superior on a Mac. We're talking about double the battery life.

Shivansh, What I meant was, if you go with a laptop without a dedicated graphics card, like the Galaxy Book 4 Pro, will it perform better in games compared to the M3 Pro MacBook Pro in similar games? Also, are the performance benchmarks given here based on whether the laptop was powered by a cable or not?

Eraditor, It mostly depends on the optimization of the specific game for the operating system. Do refer to AppleGamingWiki for more information if the game is optimized for MacOS. If the game is well optimized, then M3 Pro MacBook Pro will definitely outperform Galaxy Book 4 Pro (if it is using ultra 7 155H) due to stronger CPU performance and GPU performance (refer to Geekbench benchmarks as Cinebench and Passmark are less well optimized for Mac) I strongly believe both performance benchmarks are taken when the device is plugged in, as Intel CPUs experience heavy performance cuts when running on battery due to being much less power efficient.

For simpler tasks, the great single core performance of the M3 chip is better. Otherwise, the Intel Ultra 7 155H is better.
