How is 4gb tab to 6 go ram 50% boost? It would have to be 3 to 6 or 4 to 8 to be 50%. I suck at math but even my feeble brain knows your numbers are off.

We calculating how bigger value is, not how smaller. 4GB is 100%. Then 6 would be 150%, because it's 1.5 time bigger. 150%-100%=50%. 4 and 8 would be 100% bigger, because "100% bigger" = "2 times bigger".

50% of 4 is 2, giving you 6 total. Or a 50% increase

Sorry but you are off with your calculation. A boost of 50% is 1,5 x anything. So 1,5 x 4 is indeed 6… If you were going from 4 to 8 it would be a 100% boost. What you are probably doing wrong is calculating from the top number. If you look at 8 minus 50% (or 50% of 8) it gives you indeed 4. But this is the wrong way to look at it. It is the same consideration as if you were looking at a markup vs. a margin. One is calculated from the starting number the other one from the ending number. A boost starts from the starting number therefore the one that needs to be boosted.

Buddy, you need to learn math a little better. From 3g to 6g would be a 100% increase in ram. Bc 3+3=6. So if u have 4g and take 50% off of the g’s then u have 2g. So add 4g to 2g and you have 6g. So in turn a 50% increase.
