I have the s20 FE 5G. The camera is excellent, the phone is a phone. The downside I have is that it will not find most blue tooth devices. I have called my carrier they tried to help me with no luck. I called Samsung support 4 times. the first 3 times after I explained my problem they hung up on me. The 4th time I did get the chance to talk to someone. They wanted me to do a reset of the phone which I had already done over a dozen times through other tech support. They told me I would have to send my phone to them, pay for the shipping and they would try to fix it. So I would have been without a phone for how long. In my mind, there is nothing wrong with this phone, other than the Bluetooth settings. When I had talked to my carrier originally they said the phone must be defective and sent me a new one, it was worse than the first one. I need my phone to connect to my vehicle for my job and the S20Fe does not. If I connect any other phone to my car it connects right away. So I have a phone from Samsung that is pretty useless to me. Samsung support has no Idea or won't say there is a problem with the S20Fe. So I guess even though I have had good luck with Samsung phones, I will be forced to go to a different brand so I can use the phone in my car as it should be. I even tried to connect an old Samsung phone to my car, the phone is a Galaxy 7 which is pretty old and it connects to the car right away. Samsung dropped the ball on this phone and their support was awful
