They're both amazing. The S21 Ultra is great for people wanting a premium phone with an amazing camera (100x zoom). However the S23 is also amazing, offering great battery life even in it's small form (even though the S21 Ultra technically has the edge, the less prone to overheating chip on the S23 helps and the fact it is a newer phone with most likely less battery degredation (as the S21 Ultra can pretty much only be found refurbished)). The performance is what makes the S23 stand out. Just choose the one you prefer and the one with the best price.
