Even though the 8 gen 2 is a beast, there is hardly any game on the playstore that can take advantage. if I look at the fps scores in gaming, the difference is negligible. And 870 even shows better stability in 3dmark. I'll hold on to my poco f3 till the 8 gen 3 comes out.

You can utilize this performance for emulating Windows and Switch in emulation. The Snapdragon 8gen2 performs 1.5x-2x better.

If you want to game properly in 2023 then snapdragon 8 gen 2 is the one and the temperatures on S23 ultra are pretty good too.

S23 throttles very fast, So if you want the performance for gaming go for a gaming phone instead such as the Redmagic 8 if you are on a budget or the Asus ROG Phone 7 if you want the most performance. There is a massive difference between a normal flagship and a gaming phone.

I think the 870 is good for a budget phone obviously the Xiaomi 12X is really good with the 870 but it all depends on your budget.

Comparing the XIAOMI 12X and the SAMSUNG S23+, I may say for daily use both are quite good, maybe for gaming the 8 gen 2 is better, but for battery performance maybe it's little bit better 870.

I think snapdragon 8 gen 2 is too overrated and after 10 mi it's 57Β°C and my phone red magic 8 was destroyed by this now I use my old Xiaomi 12x and it after 40 minutes have 43Β°C it hasn't thermal trotting now I want to buy Samsung S23 ultra.

Dinal, what makes you want to buy the S23 Ultra? It has the (your words) overrated Snapdragon 8 gen 2 and an inferior cooling system (you can look it up if you don't believe me) when comparing it to gaming-oriented smartphone devices.

JustWait, Actually, the S23 Ultra uses an improved vapor chamber cooling system. Besides that, I think the S23U is overpriced (of course prices may differ across regions).
